基于LabVIEW的随机扫描成像系统高速时间同步方法
High-speed synchronization scheme for random scanning microscopy based on LabVIEW programming
【摘要】 在虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW下,本文提出了一种利用板卡上多功能子系统间硬件时钟关系实现微秒级高速时间同步的方法。将此方法应用到随机扫描成像系统中,实现了声光偏转器的频率控制与信号采集间的高速时间同步,定时精度达到了10μs的设计要求,且具有很好的重复性。
【Abstract】 An approach to implement microsecond level high-speed synchronization is presented. It utilizes the hardware clock relationship of sub-systems in one multi-function board and is based on LabVIEW, a well-developed virtual instrument workbench. The proposed scheme was applied in the design and implementation of random scanning microscopy, and high-speed timing and synchronization between frequency control of the acoustic-optical deflector and signal acquisition of fluorescence were realized. The timing accuracy of 10 μs is derived, which meets the design requirement. In addition, the timing accuracy has good repeatability.
