【摘要】 定向套管开窗侧钻技术已成为井下大修作业的重要组成部分。套管开窗侧钻可有效的利用原井的上部套管及地面管网,减缓水、气锥进,改善驱油效果,使低渗油藏、裂缝性油藏及薄油藏发挥更大的潜能。简述了华北油田应用套管开窗技术采用的井身结构、开窗工具、开窗磨铣的步骤和开窗技术参数;定向侧钻采用的钻头和井眼轨迹控制方法,以及完井施工时尾管结构的确定、下入,钻井液的调整和固井作业。该技术经华北油田7口定向侧钻井实例应用,大部分井取得了较高的产能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oriented case overshot for sidetrack drilling tech is a main component in down hole work-over operation. Case overshot for sidetrack drilling can use upper case of primary well, surface tube net effectively to slow down forward of water and gas and improve oil driving result which makes low percolation, crack and thin reservoir to have a great potential. The paper introduces well structure, overshot tools, procedure and technical parameter briefly of this tech applied in Huabei oilfield, used bit and controlling way for hole track, and determination, lowering down of tail pipe structure at completion operation, adjustment of drilled fluid and cement operation. By 7 wells applied in Huabei oilfield, most wells have gained a higher production.更多还原
