【摘要】 目的观察DSG-Ⅰ型电脑肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎和肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法129例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎和肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用DSGⅠ型(生物信息)电脑肝病治疗仪照射肝区。观察治疗前、后患者临床症状、肝功能、肝纤维化指标及外周血T细胞亚群、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-8水平的变化。结果治疗后治疗组患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、肝纤维化指标显著降低,白蛋白、A/G和T4/T8比值显著升高,而治疗前增高的血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8,随病情恢复而下降,同时失眠、肝区不适症状明显好转。结论DSGⅠ型电脑肝病治疗仪治疗能改善慢性乙型病毒性肝炎和肝炎肝硬化患者的临床症状,恢复肝功能,降低肝纤维化指标,且能激活人体的免疫系统,促进肝病康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of the medical instrument of DSG type I for hepatic diseases on chronic hepatitis type B and liver cirrhosis.Methods 129 cases with chronic hepatitis type B and Liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups:patients in the control group were treated with traditional medication,while patients in the treatment group were treated with medical instrument for hepatic diseases of DSG type I as well as medication.Parameters related to liver function,hepatic fibrosis,T cell and some interleukins(IL-2?IL-6?IL-8)were determined.Results After treatment,the total cure rate of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),The levels of serum ALT,total bilirubin reduced markedly,however,the levels of serum albumin,and the ratio of A/G,T4 /T8 increased markedly,whereas the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 reduced significantly.Conclusion Medical instrument on hepatic diseases of DSG type I seems to be effective in treating chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,which improves liver function,reduces the marks related to fibrosis and serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8.更多还原
