累积叠轧焊制备钛钢复合板的组织与结合界面
Microstructure and Bonding Interface of TA1/Q235 Clade Plate Manufactured by ARB Process
【摘要】 通过TA1/Q235的累积叠轧焊,研究TA1/Q235复合板结合界面组织和Ti与Fe两元素的扩散情况。结果表明,TA1/Q235的结合机制为裂口结合机制,Ti比Fe扩散强烈。在实际轧制中要严格控制夹杂的含量,并要采用低温大变形加工,低温累积叠轧的钢-钢结合完全接近基体组织。
【Abstract】 The bonding interface of TA1/Q235 and the diffusion of Ti and Fe are investigated by the manufacture of TA1/Q235 with ARB process.The results show that the TA1/Q235 clade mechanism is breach bonding,and the diffusion of Ti is severer than that of Fe in hot rolling.In practical rolling process,the impurity in steel should be strictly controlled and the rolling process is better under low temperature,the steel-steel interface bonding strength is close to the steel.
