辉锑矿氯化浸出制取焦锑酸钠的工艺研究

【摘要】 研究以辉锑精矿为原料、经氯化浸出-氧化-水解-加碱合成制取焦锑酸钠的工艺。浸出过程中加入氯气的质量为浸出原矿质量的90%时,锑浸出率大于98%。浸出液中加入少量双氧水或液氯进行氧化、控制一定的条件进行水解,可以确保合成的锑酸钠中铁含量在0.06%以下,锑进入成品锑酸钠中的直接产率为90%~95%。精矿中硫以单质形式存在于浸出渣中。

【Abstract】 The synthesis of sodium antimonate from antimony concentrates by chloridizing leaching-oxidation and hydrolysis decomposition-alkali synthesis process is investigated.The leaching efficiency of antimony is above 98% when chlorine dosage is 90% of the ore in weight.The Fe content in the final products can be controlled below 0.06% and the directly yield of the antimony transiting into the sodium antimonite reaches to 90%~95% by oxidation with a little addition of H2O2 or liquid chlorine in the leaching solution and under the proper hydrolysis condition. The sulphur in the concentrate remains in the leaching residue with the form of elemental sulphur.
