纳米锌铈氧化物的紫外光屏与催化特性
UV Sunscreen and Catalytic Characteristics of Nanoscale Zinc-cerium Oxides
【摘要】 研究制备无机紫外光屏材料——锌铈氧化物(ZCO)的方法,讨论纳米ZCO的光催化性能、氧化催化性能、紫外屏蔽性能、表面改性及其在聚酯类清漆中的应用。结果表明,ZCO的光催化活性低于ZnO和金红石TiO2,氧化催化活性明显小于CeO2,ZCO在紫外光区域具有优异的紫外屏蔽性能,通过表面改性可以提高纳米ZCO的亲油性,将改性ZCO填充于聚酯类清漆中可以显著提高清漆的紫外屏蔽和抗老化能力。
【Abstract】 The preparation process of zinc-cerium oxides(shorten form: ZCO) is investigated,and the photo-catalytic activity,oxidation catalytic activity,UV sunscreen performance,surface modification and application of ZCO in polyester varnish are described.The results indicate that the photo-catalytic activity of ZCO is lower than that of ZnO and TiO2,the oxidation catalytic activity of ZCO is remarkably lower than that of ceria;the absorption performance of the ZCO in the range of UV is strong.The lipophilicity of ZCO is greatly increased by surface modification and the UV-screen and antiage capability of the polyester varnish are enhanced by the addition of the modified ZCO.
