含裂纹型缺陷压力容器用钢失效评定曲线研究
Investigation on Failure Assessment Curves of Pressure Vessel Steels with Crack Contained
【摘要】 在力学性能测试的基础上,应用CEGB R6-Revison 4方法中的选择1和选择3曲线,对16MnR,20R和Q235B三种含裂纹型缺陷压力容器用钢的失效评定曲线进行研究。结果表明,三种材料的失效评定曲线基本上均在Lr<0.4后因试样结构不同而发生分散,而且均以是以Lr=0.7为分界线,在两侧分别出现不同的最为保守和最不保守曲线。给出了符合三种材料特性的失效评定曲线拟合方程,以便为工程应用提供依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the measurement of the mechanical behaviors,the failure assessment curves of 16MnR,20R and Q235B,three high pressure vessel steels with crack defects,are investigated by the selective №1 and №3 methods in UK CEGB R6-Revison 4.The results show that It is found that the failure assessment curves of three samples are dispersed for the different structure at Lr<0.4 condition,and generally Lr=0.7 is the borderline of the three failure assessment curves.The most conservative curve and the least conservative curve are appeared at each side,respectively.The fitted equations of failure assessment curves for three pressure vessel steels of 16MnR,20R and Q235B are given in order for establishing the foundation of engineering application.
