【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in the treatment of depression. Method 68 patients with depression were randomly divided into study group(duloxetine)and control group(fluxetine),and treated for 6 weeks.Efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMD,HAMA,CGI-SI,and AE respectively before and after treatment.Results The efficacy was similar for the two drugs.The efficacious rate was 85.3% and the adverse events rate was 41.2% for duloxetine.No significant difference was found in the adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion Duloxetine is an effective drug for depression,with good tolerance.更多还原
