【摘要】 行业协会是市场经济运行过程中必不可少的组成部分,发达国家和地区在行业协会的设立、运作和管理等方面都积累了丰富的经验。本文结合法系理论,以行业协会与政府关系为着重点,将目前世界范围内行业协会的发展模式总结为三类:英美模式、大陆模式和混合模式,并分别以美国、德国和法国、日本以及中国台湾为例,详细阐述了这几个国家和地区行业协会的发展特征。最后,本文经过分析认为,德法、日本和中国台湾的经验值得中国大陆在发展行业协会时加以借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trade association is an indispensable component of the operation of market economy. The developed countries and regions have obtained rich experience in the establishment, operation and management of such trade associations. By applying the theory of legal system and focusing on the relation between the trade association and the government, this paper classifies the development models of such trade associations into three kinds, that is, the British-US model, the model of China’s mainland and the mixed model. Through a case study of such models in USA, Germany, France, Japan and Taiwan of China, this paper expounds their different features of development. Finally, it concludes that the experience of Germany, France, Japan and Taiwan of China is of great value to the development of the trade associations in China’s mainland.更多还原
