La3+处理对大花蕙兰原球茎过氧化物同工酶的影响
Effects of La3+ on Peroxidase Isozyme of Cymbidium
【摘要】 大花蕙兰原球茎在不同La3+浓度处理的培养基中培养后,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,结果表明大花蕙兰原球茎在过氧化物同工酶存在着明显的差异,低浓度的La3+能提高过氧化物同工酶的活性,促进植物生长。
【Abstract】 Cymbidium protocorm culturing in the medium with different concentration of La3+ was transited on the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and analyzed by gelpro32 software. The result indicates that there is marked obvious difference of the isozyme between the La3+-treatment and the control, the low concentration of La3+ improves the activity of the isozyme and the growth..
