雪莲果营养成分分析研究

【摘要】用氨基酸分析仪和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法及经典化学分析方法测定了雪莲果,共测出14种氨基酸和6种无机元素。通过测定分析,雪莲果含有较高的果寡糖(又称为低聚果寡糖),是人体内双岐杆菌繁殖所需要的最佳营养成分,可作为一种有益健康的饮料植物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contents of amino acids,inorganic elements,proteins,fats,moisture and ash from Smallanthus sonchifolius were determined by amino acid analyzer,ICP-AES and classical chemical methods.Result showed that Smallanthus sonchifolius contained 14 amino acid,6 inorganic elements and more fructooligosaccharides.更多还原
