【摘要】 主要探讨了塔胞藻对海水中农药的净化作用。在培养液中加入不同浓度的常见农药(敌敌畏、氧化乐果和辛硫磷),塔胞藻经过一定时间生长,测定培养液内农药的含量。结果发现培养液内塔胞藻细胞密度达到1.0×104个/mL时,对农药的净化效率最显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mostly studied the decontamination of Pyramimonas sp.to the pesticides(Dichlorovos,Omethoat and Phoxim) in the ocean.When the Pyramimonas sp.culture in the medium added different concentration common pesticides it is observed the content of pesticide in medium.It is found when the concentration of algae cells in medium achieved to 1.0×104个/mL,the efficiency of decontamination of pesticide are most evident.更多还原
