【Abstract】 The background of is our country economy movement system switcher. Following social official system and unofficial system huge change which the economical switcher brings, people’s thought has also been under huge impact, thus provides many chances to the opportunist; This has enormously affected the change of Transaction Cost. This article was precisely obtains from the elementary theory analysis. And then discussed the relations between Administrative Area Economy progress and the Transaction Cost change. At last, this article pointed out influence of the Transaction Cost change to the region economy development.
