【摘要】 目的观察糖络宁配合穴位按摩对糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的DPN患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),在基础治疗的同时,治疗组予糖络宁,同时配合局部穴位按摩治疗;对照组口服甲钴胺治疗。治疗2个月后观察2组患者临床症状、神经病变积分(MDNS)、血液流变学及肌电图的改善情况,并进行治疗前后及2组间比较。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为63.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组临床症状积分及MDNS均明显下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组患者的肢体麻木、疼痛、触觉、针刺觉、震动觉、踝反射等神经系统症状改善明显,明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组治疗后全血黏度高切、中切、低切及血浆黏度均明显下降,而对照组下降不明显,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后神经传导速度及波幅均明显改善,但治疗组改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。结论糖络宁加穴位按摩可明显提高DPN临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Tangluoning combined with point massage on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 60 DPN patients who were confirmed to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 patients) and control group (30 patients).On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in treatment group were given Tangluoning combined with points massage. The patients in control group were given mecobalamin.The changes of symptoms, nerve conductive velocity and amplitude were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was obviously superior to that in control group (63.3%)(P<0.05).The symptom score and MDNS were decreased obviously,the effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).There were significant differences in symptoms of the limbs, pain,weakened ankle reflex, improvement of nerve conductive velocity and amplitude between two groups (P<0.05).There were no obvious side effects during the treatment.Conclusion Tangluoning capsule combined with points massage could improve therapeutic effect on DNP.更多还原
