X70管线管焊接工艺与CTOD之间回归方程的建立
Establishment Regression Equation between Welding Parameter and CTOD of X70 Pipeline Tube
【摘要】 应用一次回归正交设计法,对X70管线钢环焊过程的焊接工艺参数进行设计,采用设计后的焊接工艺对X70管线管进行施焊,对环焊接头进行裂纹尖端张开位移试验,最后回归得到CTOD值与焊接工艺之间的回归数学模型。X70管线钢环焊接头的CTOD值的影响因素主要为线能量、预热温度和板厚,应用此数学模型计算的CTOD值与试验值符合较好。
【Abstract】 Welding parameter of girth joint process of X70 pipeline steel are designed by using primary orthogonal regression design method which X70 pipeline tube is welded.Crack-tip opening displacement measurement test is done by using obtained girth joint.Then regression equation is obtained between CTOD and welding parameter.CTOD of girth joint of X70 pipeline steel is mainly affected by heat input,preheat temperature and thickness.The calculated results by using regression equation are in good agreement with experiment results.
