【摘要】 某厂承担了“川气东送”项目中Φ1016 mm×30.4 mm,X70钢级热煨弯管的试制工作,这是国内首次采用由国产钢板制造的母管进行热煨弯管试制,经过多次试验和不断改进工艺,制造出了符合“川气东送”项目热煨弯管技术规格书要求的弯管。经过国内权威部门检测,各项理化性能指标全部合格。结束了这种高钢级大壁厚热煨弯管的原材料全部依赖进口的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trial manufacture of the 1016 mm×30.4 mm,X70 steel hot-bending bends of the Sinopec’s key project "Eastern Transfer of Sichuan Gas" was outlined.It is the first time of using the home made pipe to make the hot-bending bends.After multiple experiments and improved technology, The bends reached the hot-bending bends specification requirements of the project.The physical and chemical performance index was tested by the authoritative inspection organization and passed.It finished the raw materials import history of the high grade thick wall hot-bending bends.更多还原
