【摘要】 目的研究海洛因海绵状白质脑病(HSLE)的影像学特点和治疗策略。方法对26例HSLE患者的临床及影像学资料进行分析。结果HSLE的临床及影像学特点:(1)有烫吸海洛因病史。(2)22例患者有戒毒史。(3)惠性或亚急性起病,多以精神症状及小脑性共济失调为首发症状。(4)CSF基本正常。(5)头颅CT及MRI示大脑,小脑白质广泛对称性受累。(6)肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗有效。结论本病的诊断依靠明确烫吸海洛因史及具有特征性的影像学特点,综和治疗效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study imagine features and therapy in heroin spongiform leucoencephalopathy(HSLE). Methods 26 patients with spongiform leucoencephalopathy induced by inhaling heroin were analyzed on its clinical and imagine features.Results The clinical manifestations and imagine features of HSLE:(1)the history of inhalation of heated heroin vapor.(2) 22 cases were found during abetinence.(3)the majority of cases were described with the acute or sub-acute onset characterized by mental symptoms and cerebellum ataxia.(4)CSF test was normal.(5)CT and MRI revealed extensive symmetric white matter lesions in cerebra and cerebellum.(6)Incretion was gond for therapy.Conclusion The diagnosis of HSLE should be dependent on the definite inhaling heroin vapeur and neuroradiological appearance.Hormone therapy was best.更多还原
