【摘要】 目的了解我院中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生原因。方法通过病例回顾跟踪随访的方式时我院236例ADR在患者、药物、处方及护理等单因素和Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果236例中药注射剂不良反应主要原因为给药剂量过大,联合用药,输液配制时间过长,老龄患者未作肝肾功能检查,适应症不合理等。结论进一步提高医护人员业务水平,改进处方和护理行为可减少ADR的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of adverse drug reactions(ADR)associated with traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods Factors of 236 cases of ADRs including the patients’condition,drug usage,doctors’ prescription and nursing care behaviors were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis after case retrospective and follow-up research.Results The 236 cases of ADRs associated with traditional Chinese medicine injections were mainly caused by over-dosage,combined administration of drugs,overdue time of preparation,lack of test of liver and kidney function for aged patients,inappropriate indications.Conclusion It can reduce the incidence of ADRs through improving the working ability of medical personnel,improving the level prescription and nursing care.更多还原
