【摘要】 目的探讨应用普通光学显微镜观察尿红细胞形态以判断血尿来源的诊断效能。方法通过普通光学显微镜观察尿红细胞形态对185例血尿患者的血尿进行分型,然后评价其诊断符合率。结果55例肾性血尿的诊断符合率为89．1%,130例非肾性血尿诊断符合率为72．3%,185例血尿患者诊断总符率为77．3%。结论应用普通光学显微镜鉴别血尿来源是一操作简便、经济、且便于在基层推广的检验方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis efficacy of using ordinary optical microscopy to identify the source of hematuria.Methods The morphous of urinary red blood cells(RBC)in 185 patients with hematuria were identify by ordinary optical microscopy.Then the diagnosis efficacy was evaluated by calculating the rate of deformed RBC.Results The rate of diagnose accordance rate is 89.1% in 55 patients with glomerular hematuria,while the diagnose accordance rate is 72.3% in 130 patients with no golmerular hematuria.The total diagnose accordanee rate is 77.3% in all 185 patients with hematuria.Conclusion Using ordinary optical microscopy to identify the source of hematuria is an examination methods of simple,economic and easy to carry out in elementary medical units.更多还原
