【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法72例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑、氯氮平组分别进行治疗,各36例。疗程为12周。结果经过3个月治疗后,阿立哌唑组患者PANSS量表的阴性因子分低于氯氮平组(P<0.01),阿立哌唑组患者WHOQOL-100的评分在生理、社会关系、环境领域、精神支柱等因子评分明显高于氯氮平组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。氯氮平组副反应发生率明显高于阿立哌唑组(P<0.01)。结论两组间疗效差异无显著性,阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量的改善优于氯氮平组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect and the life quality of two groups of schizophrenic patients who were treated with aripiprazol and clozapine.Methods 72 schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazol and clozapine group(each n= 36) for 12 weeks of treatment.Results After 3 months,aripiprazol group had greater improvement in total and negative symptom of PANSS.Clozapine just improved some parts of QOL,that it had no to physics, society, entironment, and mainstay.The side effects were significantty increased in clozapine group compared with those in aripiprazol group(P<0.01). Conclusion There were no significantly differences in therapeutic between two groups. The patients with schizophrenia treated by aripiprazol had better life quality than that of Clozapine.更多还原
