【Abstract】 Cytoskeleton is responsible for numerous cellular processes.Together with the extracellular matrix,cytoskeleton provides a structural framework for the outflow pathway and thus influences the filtering capacity of the trabecular meshwork.Interestingly,cytoskeletal agents such as ECA,latrunculins,cytochalasin,H-7,HA1077,Y-27632,blebbistatin,cholesterol-lowering statins and BDM have all been shown to influence aqueous humor outflow.A lot of studies have focused on understanding how the cytoskeletal agents regulate the aqueous humor outflow.The results from all of experiment suggest that cytoskeletal agents would possess therapeutic potential in the treatment of glaucoma.$$$$更多还原
