邯钢中厚板纵向变截面轧制的微跟踪模型及应用
Micro-track model of longitudinal profile rolling for plate mill of Hangang and its application
【摘要】 邯郸钢铁集团有限责任公司3500 mm中厚板计算机控制系统由2级系统组成,在MAS轧制过程中采用了纵向变截面轧制的微跟踪模型。对轧件轧制长度进行计算机离散化处理,采用牛顿迭代法,建立纵向变截面轧制的微跟踪模型。利用西门子工艺和驱动自动化系统Simatic TDC和过程控制系统实现MAS轧制过程的微跟踪。实际应用表明微跟踪模型满足MAS的轧制要求。
【Abstract】 Computer control system of 3 500 mm Hangang plate mill is composed of 2-level system,including PLC and process control system.Longitudinal profile micro-track model was adopted in rolling process of MAS(Mizushima Automatic Plan View Pattern Control System).Based on discretization treatment of length of rolled piece,longitudinal profile micro-track model was established by Newton’s method.Micro-track of MAS rolling process was realized by use of Siemens technology,drive automation system Simatic TDC and process control system.Practical application shows that micro-track model meets the need of MAS rolling.
