【摘要】 文章在国内外学者研究的基础上,基于Rabah Amir模型、SCP范式,建立了由海洋市场结构以及规模经济决定的海洋产业市场绩效模型。并且认为海洋产业绩效评价准则应通过资源配置效率、技术效率以及企业的规模及状况等方面来分析,同时在海洋产业的发展总体状况、产业发展特点、产业结构以及技术进步贡献率方面作了一定的实证统计分析。最后提出了推进技术创新、进一步优化海洋产业结构、破除市场壁垒等提升海洋产业运行绩效的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the domestic and foreign research, this paper established the marine industry performance module which was decided by the marine market structure and the scale economy, suggesed that the evaluation criterion should be analyzed by the efficiency of resource allocation, the efficiency of technology, the scale of the company, and so on, at the same time, made some empirical analysis on the overall situation of marine industry, the development character, industry structure and technology advancement assessment. At last, the paper made some suggestions which were advancing the technology innovation, further optimizing the industry structure, eradicating the market barriers, and so on to enhance the performance of marine industry.更多还原
