【Abstract】 Based on analyzing threshold value of enterprise’s entering cost,it introduces the cost model for enterprise’ entrance into R&D cooperation.The enterprises that want to enter the market are classified into two groups,one with knowledge and skills,and another without knowledge and skills.For the different group of enterprises and their R&D cooperation,it discusses the concrete entering costs and their summation,to judge the technological opportunities for entering.更多还原
