【摘要】 目的:建立白癜风胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为YMC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55);检测波长为245nm。结果:补骨脂素和异补骨脂素均在0.12～0.36μg线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.0%,RSD%=0.7%(n=5)。结论:方法简便,可行,重现性良好,结果准确,可提高白癜风胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a determination method of psoralen and isopsoralen in baidianfeng capsules. Methods: The content of poralen and isopsoralen was determined by HPLC. With methanol –water (45∶55) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 245nm.Results: The linear ranger were between 0.12～0.36μg of psoralen and isopsoralen. The mean recovery was 100.0%, RSD%=0.7%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of baidianfeng capsules.更多还原
