罩式退火炉钢卷氧化原因分析
Analysis on Oxidation of Steel Coils for Hood-Type Annealing Furnace
【摘要】 针对罩式退火炉在钢卷退火生产过程中的钢卷氧化现象,通过分析罩式退火炉的设备组成和生产工艺,从设备和工艺两个方面分析了造成炉内氧化性气氛的来源,并提出了相应的解决方案。
【Abstract】 Based on oxidation of steel coils for hood-type annealing furnace,by analyzing the composition of equipments and production technology of the hood-type annealing furnace,sources of the oxidation gases is dis- cussed and solutions schema are put forward.
