锻钢冷轧工作辊双中频感应淬火机组特点及工艺技术
Characteristics and Technology about the Equipments of Double-frequency Induction Quencher for Forged Steel Cold Work Roll
【摘要】 介绍锻钢冷轧工作辊双频感应淬火设备特点,国内首创较低的中频频率的选定,与同类淬火设备比较的优点。阐明了使用该设备淬火,成品冷轧工作辊的工艺技术。
【Abstract】 This paPer introduces the equipments of double-frequency induction heating the forged steel cold work roller,and compare with the same kind induction heating equipments.The craft technology about the equipment is introduced.
