【摘要】 热轧带钢平整机工作辊的磨损具有与热轧和冷轧工作辊磨损不同的特点,而磨损又直接影响板形。以某热轧厂的2250mm热轧带钢平整机为研究对象,从热轧带钢平整机的工作特点、工作辊的磨损机理出发,结合工作辊磨损辊形的现场测量,分析热轧带钢平整机的工作辊磨损特点和规律。结果发现工作辊辊身两侧存在严重的局部磨损。最后提出了减轻工作辊不均匀磨损的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wear of the work roll for the hot temper mill are different from that in hot rolling and cold rolling.The wear of the work roll may affect strip profile directly.The paper takes the 2250mm temper mill for the hot strip as the studying subject.On the basis of the temper mill′s working trait and the wearing mechanism of the work roll,a large amount of the contour data of the work roll are measured for analyzing the wearing characteristics and rules of the work roll of the hot temper mill.The result showed that the serious local wearing existed on both of the sides of the work roll.In the end,the effective means are brought forward to reduce the local wear.更多还原
