【摘要】 目的探讨各型慢性白血病骨髓表现。方法对68例慢性白血病采用1997年北京会议建议标准分型,并观察骨髓象。结果慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)50例(73.53%),其中幼儿型2例,典型42例,不典型6例;慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)18例(26.47%),其中大小淋巴混合型8例,幼淋巴混合型4例,典型小淋巴细胞型、不典型大淋巴细胞型、幼淋巴细胞白血病、毛细胞白血病各1例。结论68例慢性白血病以中老年人为多发,以CML为多见,CML又以典型为多;CLL以混合型为多。骨髓增生度CML高于CLL,两类白血病细胞形态上有不同程度的改变,CML可见戈谢氏样细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To outline the bone marrow manifestation in each types of chronic leukemia.Methods 68 cases with chronic leukemia were classified according to the classification criteria of chronic leukemia promoted at conference held in Beijing in 1997.The bone marrow manifestations were observed.Results Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) was seen in 50 cases(73.53%),of 2 were juvenile CML,of 42 were typical CML,and of 6 were atypical CML;chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL) was seen in 18 cases(26.47%),of 8 were large and small lymphocytic mixed with CLL,of 4 were prolymphocytic leukemia mixed with CLL,of one for per type of typical small lymphocytic leukemia,atypical large lymphocytic leukemia,prolymphocytic leukemia and hairy cell leukemia.Conclusion Chronic leukemia was seen mainly in young-adult population,the majority suffered from CML,and CML presents mainly a typical type,and CLL presents mainly a mixed type.The myeloproliferation degree in CML is more serious than CLL,there were cellular morphological changes in two types of leukemia,Gaucher cells were seen in CML.更多还原
