【摘要】 目的对比观察舒血宁与复方丹参治疗急性脑梗塞(ACI)的临床效果。方法将86例ACI患者随机分为两组,每组43例。两组常规治疗相同,在此基础上,治疗组给予舒血宁注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,每日1次。对照组给予复方丹参20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次。共治疗30天后观察患者治疗前后凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率及血脂等生化指标以及评价其疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组患者治疗后纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率、凝血酶原时间比治疗前明显改善(P<0.01);而对照组以上各生化指标治疗前后无明显改变(P>0.05);两组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论早期使用舒血宁治疗ACI安全有效,疗效优于复方丹参。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To outline the clinical results of ShuXueNing and FuFangDanShen injection in treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 86 patients with ACI were randomly allocated to two groups,43 in each group.The two groups received the same conventional treatment,besides this,the therapeutic group was given intravenous dripping with ShuXueNing injection 20ml plus normal saline 250ml,once daily;and the control group received intravenous dripping with FuFangDanShan injection 20ml plus normal saline 250ml,once daily.Before and 30 days after treatment,the biological indexes of prothromobin time,fibrinogen,platelet adhesiveness rate and blood lipid were recorded,and the curative efficacy was evaluated.Results The total response rate in therapeutic group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).In therapeutic group,the fibrinogen,platelet adhesiveness rate,and prothromobin time were improved after treatment(P<0.01);and in control group,there were no responses in the above biological indexes after treatment(P>0.05).In comparison between these two groups,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion Early use of ShuXueNing for the treatment of ACI is safe and effective,and is superior to FuFangDanShen.更多还原
