【摘要】 目的观察舒芬太尼和罗哌卡因在腰硬联合阻滞分娩镇痛的临床应用效果。方法选择初产妇50例,随机分为A、B两组,每组25例。两组分别在蛛网膜下腔注射舒芬太尼5μg和罗哌卡因3mg,待产妇VAS≥3分时启用自控PCA泵维持镇痛。并对两组的不同时间点进行VAS评分,记录镇痛维持时间、不良反应及运动阻滞情况等指标。结果A组镇痛起效时间、镇痛效果、镇痛维持时间均明显优于B组(P<0.05或0.01),并且对产程、新生儿Apgar评分的影响较小。结论舒芬太尼行腰硬联合阻滞分娩镇痛能提供良好的镇痛效果,具有起效快、镇痛强、持续时间长、副作用少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To outline the clinical results of Sufentanil vs.Ropivacaine for combined spinal labor analgesia.Methods 50 puerpera enrolled in this study were allocated to groups A and B,25 in each groups.The two groups were injected with 5μg Sufentanil and 3mg Ropivacaine,respectively,while VAS of the puerpera scored 3 or more,PCA pump was used to maintain analgesia.The VAS scores,analgesia maintaining time,adverse reaction and movement block at different time in these two groups were recorded.Results In group A,the onset time,analgesia effects,analgesia maintaining time were superior to group B(P<0.05 or 0.01),and Sufentanil had less effectiveness on labor course and Apgar scores.Conclusion Sufentanil is effective for combined spinal labor anesthesia with advantages of rapid response,best analgesia,long duration for analgesia and less adverse reaction.更多还原
