【Abstract】 In this paper the cracking cases of water pipe were studied through statistical analysis in recent years in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd(HISG).The causes for cracking of water pipe were discussed in detail.Moreover,the countermeasures to protect the breaking of pipe were proposed,which cover the selection of pipe material,improvement of air exhaust system,cancellation of the water hammer function,improvement of pipe connection technology,temperature stress relief,improvement of the construction quantity and renewal of water supply piping were also suggested.更多还原
