铣削型钢纤维螺旋效应的研究
Study of helical effect of milling type steel fibers
【摘要】 试验通过对平直型钢纤维和铣削型钢纤维在水泥砂浆中拔出时的荷载-位移曲线的比较,研究了“螺旋效应”对粘结性能的影响,及基体对粘结强度的影响。试验结果表明:铣削型钢纤维拔出试验的荷载-位移曲线都会出现明显的第二峰,并且由于“螺旋效应”的作用,使它与基体的粘结强度和耗能要明显高于平直型钢纤维,说明“螺旋效应”可以增强钢纤维混凝土的粘结性能;另外随着基体强度的提高,铣削型钢纤维与基体的粘结强度也随之提高。
【Abstract】 According to the comparison of load-displacement curve of smooth and milling steel fibers under pull-out from cement mortar,the effect of helical effect on adhesive properties and the effect of matrix on the adhesive strength were studied.The result of experiment indicated that:The second peak may appear obviously on the load-displacement curves of the milling type steel fiber under pull-out.Also the adhesive strength between milling steel fiber and matrix and its energy consumption were much higher than smooth steel fiber,which showed that the adhesive properties of steel fiber concrete can be improved by helical-effect.In addition,with the increase of the matrix strength,the adhesive strength between milling steel fiber and matrix will also increase.
