二甲基二氯硅烷部分水解产物的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 将二甲基二氯硅烷在中性条件下进行部分水解,用气质联用仪分析其水解产物。结果发现,产物主要是[(CH3)2SiO]n(n≥3)、HO[(CH3)2SiO]nH(n≥2)和Cl[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2SiCl(n≥0)三个系列的低聚物;但除了化合物(CH3)2SiClOH和(CH3)2SiClOSi(CH3)2OH之外,没有发现更高聚合度的Cl[(CH3)2SiO]nH(n≥2),说明Cl[(CH3)2SiO]nH(n≥3)的稳定性比HO[(CH3)2SiO]nH(n≥3)差,前者失去HCl而环化成[(CH3)2SiO]n(n≥3)。

【Abstract】 The partly hydrolytic mixture of dimethyldichrolosilicane was studied by GC-MS, and it was found that there were three series of oligomers with different end groups in the mixture, including [(CH3)2SiO]n (n≥3), Cl[(CH3)2SiO] n (CH3)2SiCl(n≥0) and HO[(CH3)2SiO] n H(n≥2), but no Cl[(CH3)2SiO]nH(n≥3) was detected except (CH3)2SiClOH and (CH3)2SiClOSi(CH3)2OH. Meanwhile, the amount of (CH3)2SiClOH and (CH3)2SiClOSi(CH3)2OH was more than that of (CH3)2SiClOH and (CH3)2SiClOSi(CH3)2OH, respectively. From these results, it could be concluded that the polydimethylcyclosilicone was formed by cyclization of Cl[(CH3)2SiO]n H (n≥3) with losing HCl.
