星形细胞胶质瘤中生存素、周期蛋白E和端粒酶相关蛋白的表达与意义

【摘要】 目的探讨生存素(survivin)、周期蛋白E(cyclin E)和端粒酶相关蛋白(hTP1)在星形细胞胶质瘤中的表达与意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法、原位杂交法分别检测106例星形细胞胶质瘤组织中生存素、周期蛋白E和hTP1的表达,分析它们之间的相互关系。结果生存素定位于肿瘤细胞胞浆,周期蛋白E和hTP1主要定位于肿瘤细胞核。生存素、周期蛋白E和hTP1的阳性表达率分别为55.7%(59/106)、61.3%(65/106)和84.9%(90/106)。生存素、周期蛋白E表达和hTP1标记指数均与星形细胞胶质瘤病理分级密切相关(P<0.05)。生存素和周期蛋白E阳性共表达率均为50.9%(54/106),两者的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。生存素、周期蛋白E表达与hTP1标记指数有相关性(P<0.01)。结论生存素、周期蛋白E和hTP1表达与星形细胞胶质瘤恶性程度有关,其表达异常可能在星形细胞胶质瘤的形成和恶变中发挥重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of survivin,cyclin E and hTP1 proteins in the astrocytic glioma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expressions of survivin,cyclin E and hTP1 in 106 specimens of astrocytic glioma.The relationship of them was analyzed.Results Survivin was located in the plasma of the tumor cells,and cyclin E and hTP1 were mainly located in the cellular nuclei.The positive expression rates of survivin,cyclin E and hTP1 were 55.7%(59/106),61.3%(65/106)and 84.9%(90/106),respectively.The expressions of survivin,cyclin E and the label index of hTP1 were closely correlated with the pathologic grade of astrocytic glioma(P< 0.05).Positive expression of both survivin and cyclin E was 50.9%(54/106).The expression of survivin was positively correlated with cyclin E(P< 0.01).The expressions of survivin,cyclin E and the label index of hTP1 had a close correlation(P<0.01).Conclusions The expressions of survivin,cyclin E and hTP1 are associated with the malignant degree of astrocytic glioma,and their abnormal expression may play an important role in the formation and canceration of astrocytic glioma.
