【摘要】 目的探讨近视眼准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后皮质类固醇性高眼压的诊断。方法回顾分析325例近视眼LASIK后眼压正常值范围、眼压波动(术后随访最高眼压与最低眼压的差)的正常上限,制定高眼压的诊断标准,前瞻性观察937例近视眼LASIK术后皮质类固醇性高眼压的发生率。结果69例(7·4%)被诊断为皮质类固醇性高眼压,其中82·6%发生于术后1个月内。LASIK后眼压明显低于术前眼压(P<0·01)。LASIK后眼压正常值范围为6·20~16·58mmHg,眼压波动正常值上限为5·45mmHg。LASIK后高眼压的诊断标准:(1)术后眼压达到或超过术前眼压;(2)术后眼压波动大于6mmHg;(3)术后眼压大于17mmHg。结论LASIK后需要密切观察眼压的变化,以便对皮质类固醇性高眼压作出早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnosis of ocular hypertension induced by glucocorticoid after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).Methods A retrospective study of intraocular pressure (IOP) in 325 myopic patients after LASIK was carried out.According to the normal value of IOP after LASIK, we draw up the diagnostic standard of ocular hypertension, and observed the morbidity of ocular hypertension in 937 patients of myopia.Results Sixty-nine cases(7.4%) were diagnosed as the ocular hypertension(82.6% of them occured in one month after LASIK).A significant decrease of IOP was observed after LASIK (P<0.01). The normal value scope of IOP after operation was 6.20 to 16.58mmHg.The upper limit of IOP waved was 5.45mmHg. According to the normal value scope of IOP after LASIK, the diagnostic standard of ocular hypertension was as follows.(1)The IOP was greater than or equal to the preoperative value.(2)The IOP waved over 6 mmHg.(3)The IOP after LASIK was greater than 17mmHg. Conclusion In order to make an early diagnosis of ocular hypertension induced by glucocorticoid,intraocular pressure must be followed up on the early days after LASIK.更多还原
