蛛网膜下腔出血患者脑脊液内皮素1含量变化
Dynamical changes of ET-1 in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后患者脑脊液中内皮素的动态变化及其与血管痉挛的关系。方法采集35例SAH患者脑脊液标本,采集时间为入院后第1~3、7~9、13~15天,采用放免法检测脑脊液中内皮素1(ET-1)浓度。用TCD检测大脑中动脉血流速度(VMCA)。结果出血后第3天脑脊液中ET-1浓度即有明显升高,在出血后第7天达到高峰,而后逐渐下降。血管痉挛患者ET-1浓度明显高于未痉挛者。结论SAH患者脑脊液中ET-1浓度的升高参与SAH后脑血管痉挛的发生,其含量与病情演变、脑血管痉挛(CVS)程度有关,并可判断预后。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the dynamical changes of endothelin-1(ET-1) of the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and its relatienship with cerebral vascular spasm(CVS) in 35 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods ET-1 in CSF during the 1st to 3rd,the 7th to 9th and the 13th to 15th day after subarachnoid hemorrhage were colected.TCD was used to measure the velocily of the medium cerebral artery(VMCA).Results The levels of ET-1 in CSF were remarkably increased on the 3rd day and reached at the peak point on the 7th day after subarachnoid hemorrhage,which were significantly higher than those in those without CVS.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the ET-1 level in CSF and the change of symptom CVS.
