【摘要】 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后患者脑脊液中内皮素的动态变化及其与血管痉挛的关系。方法采集35例SAH患者脑脊液标本,采集时间为入院后第1～3、7～9、13～15天,采用放免法检测脑脊液中内皮素1(ET-1)浓度。用TCD检测大脑中动脉血流速度(VMCA)。结果出血后第3天脑脊液中ET-1浓度即有明显升高,在出血后第7天达到高峰,而后逐渐下降。血管痉挛患者ET-1浓度明显高于未痉挛者。结论SAH患者脑脊液中ET-1浓度的升高参与SAH后脑血管痉挛的发生,其含量与病情演变、脑血管痉挛(CVS)程度有关,并可判断预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the dynamical changes of endothelin-1(ET-1) of the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and its relatienship with cerebral vascular spasm(CVS) in 35 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods ET-1 in CSF during the 1st to 3rd,the 7th to 9th and the 13th to 15th day after subarachnoid hemorrhage were colected.TCD was used to measure the velocily of the medium cerebral artery(VMCA).Results The levels of ET-1 in CSF were remarkably increased on the 3rd day and reached at the peak point on the 7th day after subarachnoid hemorrhage,which were significantly higher than those in those without CVS.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the ET-1 level in CSF and the change of symptom CVS.更多还原
