【摘要】 目的研究壳聚糖合并中药对大鼠脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法采用小剂量四氯化碳合并高脂饮食建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,给予壳聚糖合并中药治疗,通过计算机彩色图像分析及立体定量的体视学分析方法,测定大鼠肝脂变的严重程度,观察其治疗效果。结果模型组大鼠肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量显著增加;治疗组大鼠肝脏TG、TC含量显著降低,肝细胞脂变程度明显减轻。结论壳聚糖合并中药可明显降低肝脂肪含量,对脂肪肝有明显的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of the combined therapy of chitosan and traditional Chinese medicines on treating fatty liver. Methods Rats were treated with a low dose of carbon tetrachloride and fed a high fat diet to produce fatty liver. Then, the therapeutic groups were treated with chitosan and traditional Chinese medicines. The extension of steatosis area and changes in the liver were estimated by a computer color image analysis system and a quantitative analysis(stereology). Results The results demonstrated that the combined use of carbon tetrachloride and high-fat diet caused the contents of TG,TC and FFA increased significantly,and pathological examinations showed the swelling hepatocytes full of lipid droplets inside of the liver.The treated groups displayed a slight steatosis degree and lower TG,TC,FFA contents compared with model groups. Conclusion The combined therapy of chitosan and traditional Chinese medicines has a significant effect of inhibiting lipid deposition in the liver.更多还原
