一种新型腈纶的染色性能探讨

【摘要】 考察了一种以丙烯酸乙酯为第二单体的新型腈纶的热性能和染色性能。DSC测试表明,新型腈纶的玻璃化温度与常规腈纶接近;染色性能试验表明,新型腈纶的上染速率和纤维饱和值均高于常规腈纶;指出此种腈纶的染色要点。

【Abstract】 Dyeing properties and thermal performance of a novel PAN fiber with ethyl acrylate as the second monomer were discussed.Compared with traditional acrylic fiber from DSC and dyeing results,it was found that the two fibers had similar glass temperature,while the new fiber had higher dyeing rate and saturation value.Key points in bulk production were advanced.
