涤纶织物预处理对喷墨印花应用性能的影响

【摘要】 采用自制阳离子季铵盐预处理剂对涤纶织物进行预处理,以提高涤纶织物颜料墨水喷墨印花时的防渗化性能。探讨了预处理条件,如预处理剂浓度、处理浴pH值、处理温度和时间对涤纶织物喷墨印花颜色鲜艳度的影响。结果表明,预处理剂用量为15 g/L左右,pH值11,30℃处理6 min,可赋予涤纶织物喷墨印花时较好的清晰度和颜色鲜艳度。

【Abstract】 Pretreatment with self-made cationic quaternary ammonium salt was carried out in order to improve anti-bleeding of ink on polyester fabric.Effects of concentration of quaternary ammonium salt,pH value of bath liquor,operation time and temperature on brilliance of printed polyester fabric were discussed.Results showed that polyester fabric with prior pretreatment featured better sharpness and brilliance in ink-jet printing,the optimum conditions for pretreatment were as follows: cationic agent 15g/L,pH value 11, treating at 30℃ for 6 min.
