【摘要】 简要介绍了红外光谱分析技术的基本原理、红外吸收光谱的表示法及分析技术的优缺点。红外吸收光谱主要与分子振动和分子结构有关。目前生产和使用的红外光谱仪主要有色散型和傅里叶变换两大类。文中详细介绍了这两类仪器的结构、检测原理、制样方法,以及在纺织印染行业的应用,包括混纺产品中纤维的初步定性,涂层织物中材料的分析,各类表面活性剂的定性分析和部分化学油剂含量的定量分析等。
【Abstract】 This paper covers the basic principle of infrared spectrum technology, expression of infrared spectrogram, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this analytical method. The infrared spectrum is mostly dependent on the molecular vibration and molecular structures. The popular infrared spectrometers are dispersion type and Fourier transform type. The structures, testing principles, sample making, as well as the application of these two types are detailed. The application scope ranges from the primary determination of fibers in blended fabric, the material analysis of coated fabric, qualitative analysis of various surfactants, to quantitative analysis of some chemical oils.
