【摘要】 目的比较开放与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的临床价值。方法对68例开放肾囊肿去顶术和102例后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的临床资料进行比较,统计分析两种术式在手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后住院天数、下床时间、肠蠕动恢复时间等的差别。结果所有手术均获成功。开放手术组和后腹腔镜组手术时间分别为(71·88±3·57)min、(50·22±1·74)min;术中出血量分别为(53·13±5·12)ml、(17·25±1·22)ml;术后下床时间分别为(95·00±4·17)h、(39·86±1·74)h;术后住院天数分别为(9·83±0·33)d、(5·21±0·18)d。两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0·01);肠蠕动恢复时间分别为(42·75±2·72)h、(36·11±1·73)h,两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0·05)。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术在手术时间、术中出血量和术后下床时间、肠蠕动恢复时间等方面明显优于开放手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of open surgical and retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of cyst of kidney.Methods The clinical data of 102 cases performed retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of cyst of kidney and 68 cases performed open unroofing of cyst of kidney were retrospectively analyzed.The operative time,average intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hospital day,postoperative time of geting out of bed,postoperative recovery time of enterokinesia of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results The 2 surgical procedures were both successful.The operative time was(71.88±3.57)min and(50.22±1.74)min,respectively,with open surgery and retroperitoneal laparoscopic.The average intraoperative bleeding volume was(53.13±5.12)ml and(17.25±1.22)ml,respectively;postoperative time of geting out of bed was(95.00±4.17) h and(39.86±1.74) h,respectively;postoperative hospital day was(9.83±0.33)d and(5.21±0.18)d,respectively.The differences between the 2 groups were significant(P<0.01)。Postoperative recovery time of enterokinesia was(37.75±2.4)h and(35.57±1.78)h,respectively,The differences between the 2 groups were significant(P<0.05)。Conclusions The operative time,average intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative relieve pain,postperative time of geting out of bed,postoperative hospital day,postoperative recovery time of enterokinesia with retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of cyst of kidney are superior to those with open surgery.更多还原
