【摘要】 海上石油平台等海上工程有可能对其附近海域造成污染。合成孔径雷达SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar)能够检测这些海上静止目标,并且监测原油泄漏等海洋污染。同时,检测出的海上静止目标也可以为海洋SAR图像的精确定位提供控制点。在2L-IPH(Two-Looks Internal Hermitian Product)方法检测结果的基础上,结合目标形状和子孔径运动检测方法,将海上静止目标和运动的目标区分开来。通过对渤海地区EnviSat ASAR单视复数据进行实验,结果表明了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Ocean architectures such as oil platforms will probably produce ocean pollution. SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) can detect both ocean stationary targets and ocean pollution such as oil leakage.Ocean stationary targets can also be regarded as reference points for precise location of ocean SAR images.2L-IHP(Two-Looks Internal Hermitian Product) method is capable of detecting ocean stationary targets.However,the moving ships also be detected at the same time as false targets.Based on the results obtained by 2L-IHP,shape measurement method and subaperture moving targets detection method are used cooperatively for distinguishing stationary targets from moving targets in this paper.It is tested by using EnviSat ASAR SLC(Single Look Complex) data obtained in Bohai Sea,China.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can detect ocean stationary targets more accurately.
