【摘要】 目的评价近10年来南京市医学科学研究的发展状况。方法采用文献计量学方法对1996-2005年南京市医学科技论文被MEDLINE收录的情况进行统计和分析。结果10年间南京市医学科研论文以3693篇在国内主要城市中排名第6位;高等院校共计发文2376篇,占论文总数的64.34%(2376/3693);其次是医院,共计发文992篇,占论文总数的26.86%(992/3693)。2000-2005年被收录的论文占10年间论文总数的82.56%(3049/3693),其中,外文论文5年内共发文1823篇,占10年间外文论文总数的77.61%(1823/2349)。收录论文数量排名前5位的期刊均为国内出版刊,即Chin-Med-J-(Engl)(160篇)、药学学报(141篇)、中国中药杂志(118篇)、World-J-Gastroenterol(109篇)、Acta-Pharmacol-Sin(103篇),而国外出版期刊仅有Chemosphere(70篇)、Bull-Environ-Contam-Toxicol(70篇)进入排名前10位。结论10年间南京市医学科研论文总量在国内主要城市处于中等水平,英文论文写作增长明显,但还应继续提高在国外刊物上的载文量,尤其是向《SCI》收录及影响因子高的期刊投稿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through statistical analysis on medical scientific research articles in Nanjing embodied by the international authority retrieval tool,to appraises the city scientific research level.Method With the aid of the MEDLINE retrieval method,all Nanjing scientific research articles from 1996 to 2005 were analysed.Results During the 10 years,the Nanjing medicine scientific research papers(3 693)listed 6th in the domestic main cities.The papers from universities(2 376)accounted for 64.34%(2 376/3 693).Next is the hospital,accounting for 26.86%(992/3 693).In year 2000-2005,the papers occupied 82.56%(3 049/3 693)of the past 10 years,in which the foreign language papers(1 823)occupied 77.61%(1 823/2 349)of the total foreign language papers in the past 10 years.The first 5 periodicals are Chinese publication,namely Chin-Med-J-(Engl)(160),Acta Pharmaceutical Sinica(141),China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica(118),World-J-Gastroenterol(109),Acta-Pharmacol-Sin(103),and the external periodicals are Chemosphere(70),Bull-Environ-Contam-Toxicol(70).Conclusion During the past 10 years,the total medical papers of Nanjing listed the middle level of domestic fields.But it is necessaxy to increase the number and quality of articles in English,especially to be published in the external periodicals embodied by"SCI".更多还原
