【摘要】 目的了解绵阳市中小学生及幼儿口腔卫生现状,建立牙防基线资料,为口腔疾病防治工作的开展提供依据。方法按照统一的标准和方法,口腔专业医生采用无菌器材对每个学生进行口腔检查并作记录和资料分析。结果9877名学生患龋率49.8%;乳牙患龋率34.7%,恒牙患龋率21.4%;6～15岁的学生牙周疾病患病率为30.3%;6～15岁学生牙畸形率57.6%。结论绵阳市城区中小学生及幼儿龋齿、牙周疾病患病率和牙畸形率均较高,龋齿的填充率较低,应加强学校口腔卫生保健工作,做好口腔疾病的预防保健和早期治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the present situation of oral hygiene of middle/primary school students and children in Mianyang urban area and to establish the baseline data on dentition protection so as to provide reference to oral disease control work.Method Taking the same standards and methods,doctors of oral profession checked every kid’s mouth by asepsis apparatus and made records and data analysis.Result In 9 877 students:decayed dentition rate 49.8%,decayed deciduous dentition rate 34.7%,and decayed permanent dentition 21.4%.For students of 6-15 years old,pericoronitis rate is 30.3%,and malformation of mandibular joint is 57.6%.Conclusion The oral health situation is under-optimistic for middle/primary school students and children in Mianyang urban area.The sick rate of decayed dentition,pericoronitis as well as malformation of mandibular joint is comparatively high,while the fill rate of decayed dentition is comparatively low.The oral hygiene on school students should be strengthened so as to do a good work on oral disease control and early stage cure.更多还原
