低合金结构钢中氮对冲击性能的影响
Effect of nitrogen on the impact performance of low alloyed structure steels
【摘要】 研究氮含量对低合金结构钢冲击性能的影响。通过冲击试验性能数据和断口形貌分析发现,当试验钢含氮量从81×10-6增加到98×10-6时,试验钢的冲击功大幅度地下降,在-40~-60℃区间上冲击功下降幅度最大。通过断口的微观扫描及夹杂物定性分析发现,断口未出现脆性断裂的特征以及夹杂物分析未发现有氮化物和碳氮化物存在。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the effect of nitrogen on the impact properties of low alloyed structure steels.Aided by impact experiment and fracture analysis,it finds that the impact power of the steels decreases significantly as the nitrogen content increases from 81×10-6 to 98×10-6,and the drop is the greatest at-40~-60 ℃.The microscopic scanning of the fracture shows that the fracture is not a brittle one,and the qualitative analysis of the inclusions points to the absence of nitrides and carbonitrides in the inclusions.
