基于Fluent的高压除鳞喷嘴湍流仿真模型

【摘要】 运用高压喷嘴射流特性的数学模型,建立了基于Fluent平台的高压水除鳞系统高压喷嘴射流的仿真模型,通过高压喷嘴的射流特性的分析,提出了喷嘴制造方面的建议。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the mathematical model of the jet property of high-pressure nozzle,and with this the simulation model of ejection nozzle of high-pressure water derusting system based on Fluent platform is established.Besides,the jet property of high-pressure nozzle is analyzed and some advice for nozzle production given.
