TiC-C复合粉体的制备及其对低碳镁碳砖抗氧化性能的影响

【摘要】 以锐钛矿、金属钛(Ti)和炭黑为原料,合成了TiC-C复合粉体,研究该复合粉体的氧化特性及其对低碳镁碳砖抗氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明,在真空条件下可合成出纯度较高的TiC-C复合粉体,其粒径小于0.5μm。TiC-C复合粉体的差热分析表明,这种复合粉体对碳的氧化有一定的保护作用。在低碳镁碳砖中加入wTiC为0.2%~0.4%之间的TiC-C复合粉体后,砖的抗氧化性能明显改善。

【Abstract】 TiC-C compound powder has been prepared in the induction furnace from raw materials of anatase TiO2,metallic Ti and carbon black.The oxidation characteristics of TiC-C compound powder and its influence on oxidation resistance of low-carbon MgO-C bricks have been investigated.It is found that high-purity TiC-C compound powders can be prepared under vacuum condition whose size is <0.5μm with uniform distribution.The DTC analysis reveals that the compound powders can defer the oxidation of carbon,and the experiment results shows that the oxidation resistance can be improved significantly when the compound powders with 0.2%-0.4% TiC is introduced into low-carbon MgO-C bricks.
