焦炭质量预测方法的研究
Method for prediction of coke quality
【摘要】 采用干燥无灰基挥发分(Vdaf)、胶质层最大厚度(Y)和炭化室高度与宽度之比(L/B)为自变量,对四种不同类型焦炉的生产数据进行回归分析,结果显示回归效果良好,可以采用Vdaf,Y和L/B为变量建立的模型来有效地预测焦炭质量。
【Abstract】 The dry ash-free volatile matter(Vdaf),the plastometer indices(Y) and the ratio between the height and the breadth of charring room(L/B) were used as independent variables for the regressive analysis of the production data from four different types of coke ovens.It is found that the regression results are basically consistent with the production data and the model with Vdaf,Y and L/B as variables can be used to effectively predict coke quality.
