湘钢高炉锌平衡的研究

【摘要】 分别对湘钢3#、4#高炉取样检测,进行了锌负荷和锌平衡计算,结果表明,高炉中的锌富集主要来自烧结矿,3#,4#(特别是4#)高炉中的锌主要由渣、铁(含除尘灰)排出,这三者的排锌量占总排锌量的92.83%。

【Abstract】 The No.3 BF and No.4 BF of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Corporation were sampled respectively,the Zn content in the sample(sinter ore, pellet,the Australian ore 3#,South African ore 4#,coke,powdered coal,molten iron,slag,gas ash,dust removal ash) was surveyed.The Zn balance and Zn load of the No.3 and No.4 BF were calculated.It is found that Zn in the BFs is mainly from the sinter ore and removed mainly by slag and hot metal(including dust),which is especially true of No.4 BF where Zn removal is up to 92.83%.
